| Trump Golf GM, Dan Scavino Awarded Top 40 Under 40 2-29-2008 At the age of 32, Dan Scavino is the General Manager of a 5 Star Club known around the world, and he has just been awarded the Top Forty Under Shaker Award by the Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce. The program recognizes 40 people under the age of 40 who have made remarkable strides in the community, have a vision for the region’s business future, are business savvy beyond their years and have the passion to take the risks to make their dreams happen. He works, and reports directly to a boss known around the world, Donald J. Trump. The Trump Organization has over 20,000 employees worldwide. Scavino resides in Hopewell Junction, New York with his wife Jennifer who he met in college, at Plattsburgh State University. Jennifer has been employed by Eli Lilly & Company for the past ten years. They have two sons, Ethan and Justin.
After wrapping up college, and completing a six month internship with The Walt Disney World Company in Orlando, Florida, Scavino officially started his career in 1998, working for Coca-Cola. He held three positions in four years, and moved quickly up the corporate ladder. In 2003 Scavino left Coca-Cola to join a pharmaceutical company, Galderma Labs located in Fort Worth, Texas, where he was given a tremendous opportunity to work locally in the New York market. In 2004 Scavino re-joined The Trump Organization, where he worked over the summers, while attending college - to get back into a career path that he had a true passion for - golf.
Donald J. Trump was quoted in the New York Daily News as saying, I always knew Dan was going to run the club one day, Everybody loves him. He practically grew up there and he's going to be a star. Scavino has received numerous corporate and community awards, including a Citation of Merit from the New York State Senate for outstanding citizenship, and was recognized for helping former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani raise funds for victims of Hurricane Katrina with an AmeriCares golf outing at Trump National Golf Club. Scavino has assisted, and worked closely with charities such as The Joe Torre Safe at Home Foundation, Alonzo Mourning Charities, Wounded Warrior Project, Eric Trump Foundation, American Cancer Society, Easter Seals, Susan G. Comen Foundation, countless hospitals, and many other local charities in the New York area. Scavino is a member of the Club Managers Association of America, along with the Metropolitan Club Managers Association. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Plattsburgh State University College Foundation. Scavino has developed great relationships with the outstanding membership at TNGC, along with the likes of Fortune 100 company CEO's, athletes, politicians, and celebrities from all over the world as well. tying for 7th in the Mittlemark Invitational, making it to match play in the Met Amateur and
tying for 20th in The Met Open. Lou Rinaldi, who successfully defended his club
championship, competed in the Westchester Golf Association / Journal News Tournament

It has been quite a Summer of golf for Trump National Golf Professionals competing in local
events. Here are some of the highlights. Earlier in the month, Assistant Pro, Sarah Stone
represented Trump National in the prestigious Women's Met Open Championship at The
Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus, NJ. On the men's side, Assistant Pro's John Guyton
and Mike Rinker showcased their skills with strong showings in The Met Open at The

John Guyton fired rounds of 66-71 to tie for second place in the Metropolitan Professional

Trump National Golf Club was well represented in the 85th Journal News Westchester
Open with Assistant Golf Professionals John Guyton and Mike Rinker along with
amateur Andrew Giuliani competing. John Guyton’s first round 70 was good enough to
make the cut while Giuliani and Rinker shot 76 and 77 respectively. Guyton unfortunately
didn’t fare as well in rounds 2 & 3 shooting rounds of 78 and 79 to finish in 37th place.
